Thanks for stopping by at my blog, from which I share my passion for photography, traveling, training and the outdoors in general.My friends and family know me as Øyvind, but I earned the nickname "Oliver" when traveling through South America in 2007 as nobody outside Norway knows how to pronounce my name properly (Ivan, Evan, Ovan or the more exotic medieval fantasy version Eowyn and countless others...) - and who said it doesn't makes web addresses easier?
I was born and raised in Kristiansand, a typical small and buzzing summer city by the coast in the southern part of Norway. Not too exciting outside the season, but I wouldn't trade it for anything else in the summer. My interest for traveling started early as I have been backpacking around the world at different occasions starting at 20 years old.
I enjoy photography, traveling, windsurfing, kayaking, skiing and being out in the wild, hunting, training or just trekking. This blog is a collection of those interest.
2011 I moved to Copenhagen in Denmark.
